My recent experience with Tire Kingdom store #209 in Charlotte, NC was very negative. I took my car in for an alignment and had to explain the problem (it's been pulling to the right) three times before he understood it correctly. After this experience, I was uncertain about the level of service I would recieve and apparently I was right to be concerned.
