This is my first ever public online complaint. Direct TV is the worst company in the US to do business with. I actualy expect a future class action suit to be filed by customers against this company as I am sure that they are violating contract laws. First off you pay for all equipment up front. A standard receiver box costs $100 dollars & they say that you will receive a $5 dollar refund per month which you will never receive.
