Cancelled service June 2, 2011 - was told that a refund was due as I just paid my bill. Refund would be processed once the cards from the satellite receivers were returned to Direct TV. On June 28th a statement from Direct TV indicated a credit balance of approx. $ 74.00 and there were no additional charges shown for movies or other items ordered, as indeed non had.
