June 17th booked a shipment to be picked up in Wilmont, SD on Wednesday 6/22, Trucking company showed up on 6/24 thursday. Freightcenter, then tells me (when I call them on thursday because my customer is pissed) that the carrier only pickes up in that area on Tues and Thursday. Would have been nice if they had tolded me that on 6/17 when I booked the shipment. They say nothing, just took my credit card number.
