I purchased an under-the-counter microwave and installation from the Reno Sears. On the first visit, the installers were unable to complete the installation because they neglected to bring tools. On the second visit, for which I paid an extra $100, the microwave was put in position but I was told the plug which the original microwave used was a code violation and I would need to hire an electrician to complete the installation.
