I bought a LCD Shart Quatron on November 21, 2010. It is now 6 months that I have had the unit and when I went to turn it on the power indicator started to flash, on long flash and one short. I contacted Shart at the phone number above and obtained a Case # 6409194. They said that they would call me back in 24 hours. I called yesterday July 5th. I received no callback after 24 hours and decided to call again. They indicated that they would replace the unit because what my unit was experiencing was irreparable. I was beside myself.
