Since initiating service on March 21, 2011, I have yet to receive a bill to pay. Because of no bill, no payment has been made in spite of monthly phone calls to AT&T costumer service informing them of this. Each time, a customer service rep (first there was Stephanie, then additional ones sometimes exceeding 4 calls to AT&T a month) has been much less than knowledgeable.
