My mom received flowers for her birthday from relatives in England using Pro Flowers. The flowers (roses) arrived VERY droopy and never came out of it. When she complained, Pro Flowers issued her a credit. When used the credit to order different flowers (Shower of Flowers), not only did she not get what she ordered, NONE of the flowers in the bouquet were what was listed in the Shower of Flowers description.
