I was approached by these people, Fiana Fifita & Olive Fifita as well. I had a bad feeling from the get-go. They wanted money upfront for loan fees. Having talked to my dad who has bought 3 properties we thought I thought that was unusual. At first I didn't give them the 1% broker fee because I thought I had to pay that at closing. First off, I just want to say I'm homeless because of the heartless acts of Robin Ritter Setaro, an asset manager at Bank of America. As we all know, BofA can care less about people and their families and here's the proof. As a first time buyer, I have very limited savings to purchase my first home.
