I placed an order for new service from AT&T Uverse about 2 weeks ago for an installation date of Saturday 7/9/11 for an install time slot of 9:00 to 11:00. There was a tech sent out 2 days prior to the date to ensure everything on the street was ready for the inside installation. Yesterday (the day of the install) they called about 8:45 stating the tech would not be out until between 11:00 and 1:00.
