I contracted with R&S Relocation and Storage for a move from North Carolina to Mississippi in 2006. The salesperson was Paul Spacek. They subcontracted the job to Rich's Van Lines. The movers arrived without weighing the truck first and they refused to do so. The vehicle was also not weighed with the full load.
