I have a 1490T GPS and subscribed to Garmin's quartely map update sevice. When I went to update the maps I started receiving an error message that the unit could not unlock the maps. I called Grmin customer service and in the process of correcting the problem the unit completely locke up. I was told to send the unit in and turn artound time would be 2 to 3 weeks.
