On June 30, 2011, I received my new Kenmore refridgerator . On July 3rd it was repaired the first time for a leak from the ice maker water connection and now second appointment is scheduled for the same problem for Tuesday, July 11. The first repair technicians stated that the ice-maker water connection is made a bit cheaply. I tend to agree. He caulked the area with MY caulk, because, I feel they did not come prepared for anything. After all, you as a company always assume it is the users problem, right. It lasted eight days.
