Our 4, 000 square foot barn burned down February 19. We called BoA within 72 hours to let them know there was a loss. They told us at that time they would send us a property loss kit that would explain all of our options. We were told it would take two weeks. Two weeks later, we called asking where the kit was. They told us they'd send one out to us right away. Repeat two more times. We gave up. We called and tried to have the options explained to us over the phone...couldn't get anyone to do that.
