I brought my girlfriends van to these butchers at Tire Kingdumb for the crankshaft pulley being loose. The manager stated that it would be such an easy repair. They first checked it out and we drove home that night. The next day, the manager asked if there was a clunking sound like they sabotaged the vehicle or he has ESP. I stated that we have a long trip and he assured us that it would be done quickly.
