I was in an auto accident on 10/05/2010. The person that hit my car had Hanover auto insurance. I did not go through my insurance co. bcause I did not cause the accident. I spoke to someone at Hanover and explained that I needed the 500.00 deductable that I have to be paid for by your insurance company along with a rented car while my car was being repaired. There didn't seem to be a problem and I had the car repaired. When I went to get my car they said that they never heard from Hanover and I had to pay the 500.00 plus the rental.
