BAC did not complete the closing of my modification(which was a terrible 1 and 1/2 year process) correctly and now they are trying to foreclose on my mortgage that is currently $67000.00 on a home now valued at $23000.00. I received a statement from BAC in Nov. 2010 stating that my next payment wasn't due until July 2011, I didn't receive any other statements or correspondence from them until Feb. 2011, by certified mail that I was behind on my payments.
