We signed a contract with Carolina Cabinetry on 4/29/2011. The terms included delivery in 8 weeks and 60% down. Three days after we signed the contract the owner came over to take the final measurements. He informed us his wife did not tell him the cabinets below the windows required a hinged top. And when we explained the hinged top was part of our design he demanded $400 more.
