I purchased a license for Opanda IExifPro. While the author of the software did send updated keys when I had hardware changes it did take a couple of e-mails on two occasions in order to get a response. The author was usually prompt in answering my questions. The author said the key is changed only when a hardware change is made/detected. While I have no doubt this is what he believes, it is not the reality. On at least two occasions the software generated a different key with no changes in hardware.
