With any customer service job you have to keep a certain call handle time because their are other customer waiting to have there question answered. Customer service is not for everyone you have to almost be fake and be understanding and not let irate customers get on your nerves to keep your job. So it would be nice to have some customer service experience under your belt so far the company is a good place to work for.
