After being devastated during Hurricane Sandy, my power came on for 2 hours on Thursday November 1, before being turned off again. During these 2 hours, I noticed that one of the sump pumps installed by United was not working. I was not surprised due to the tremendous impact from the hurricane. I contacted United and within hours, the owner was at my house, fixed the problem (which was confirmed when the power came back on). He keeps his word and completely backs up his warranty! Full basement waterproofing, including removal of old system, digging of new trenches, installation of new under floor drainage system, installation of two heavy-duty sump pumps (one in an existing site, the other in a new site), and finishing of floor edges with new concrete and a dimpled plastic material.
