I, like so many others, have been illegally charged for this product. The 14-day trial means nothing, they charge your credit card anyway. I spoke to a representative and after arguing for 30 minutes, he promised a refund. I did not receive the refund. I have emailed customer service numerous times and each reply states that "I may call customer service to discuss my issues." This is an unethical, illegally operating company.
