I totally agree with lindjo her comments are dated 10/13/09 and today is September 12, 2013 almost four years to the date and nothing has changed. We have parties and loud music any day of the week way past 10pm (sometime til 4am) with no consideration for those of us that have to wake up and go to work. We have children playing around in the elevator running and using the stairwells as their toilet.
