The decal that is on the surfboard is the EXACT same one that Erin approved. I have the email as well. We did admit that we did not transfer the information correctly from all our long emails chains to the PayPal invoice. That is why the client gets a detailed invoice because emails get confusing, deleted, changed and on and on. We absolutely fix OUR mistakes. Unfortunately this was your mistake. You did not read your proof and approved it by making payment. How is that our fault? Your invoice clearly stated to read carefully and check for errors because your surfboard would be designed exactly as described on that invoice. We are saddened by this situation, honestly. We want all our clients to be happy and we are totally taken a back by this because we have never had a bad review. But our client didn't mention the following in their review. The client was given a detailed invoice/proof. Everything concerning their surfboard design was written in detail on their PayPal invoice. Making payment of that invoice was their acknowledgment that all information on the invoice was correct and accurate.
