On March 31 2009 I ordered and paid $458 for a Dyson25 vaccum and I was told delivery would be in 10-14 days; after the 14 day time frame I called on many occasions and received several different stories the last stated that for some reason my vaccum had not been sent and would be sent that day (4/20/2009) and I would receive it by Friday., After much whining and cajoling on my part I was given a UPS tracking number that was invalid when I tried to track my delivery. Needless to say it is 4/27 and my vaccum has still not arrived; so I tried to call them again and guess what; none of the phone number work. I think I have been ripped off. read full review »
