A. Berg Roofing located in Woodridge, IL. Failure to respond to request to fix leaking roof that they installed. Warranty is for 15 years. Attempts in 2008 to get them to respond got us nothing. Called in November, 2008 and said I was interested in having someone come out to look at our roof and got immediate respons. When confronted with documentation that they installed roof in 1998 they said they would have someone out within a week to fix problem.
