I was locked out of my house today and called to have a service tech come bail me out. I had informed them that my cell phone, keys and personal effects were locked in the house, and I had my three year old with me. After telling them I was at my neighbor's and needed to be contacted on their land line, they told me that wouldn't be a problem. They asked me for my cell number which I gave them, and I reminded them they needed to contact me at my neighbors. They said it should be 10 to 15 minutes.
