I had a deadline and broke my reading glasses. I needed to submit a proposal to my boss at seven a.m. I drove to Target to get a pair of new reading glasses. It was 9:01 pm on a Sunday evening. The security people would not help me get into the store on minute after closing. I implored them that I needed these glasses badly and asked for a special favor to go in and get them.
