After hearing of a $21.oo monthly discount available from Direct Tv while watching the race I called to check on it. I got a live person who wouldn't listen to what I wanted but sure wanted me to know I was behind on my bill. So after denying me the advertised $21.00 discount. I asked about the $35.00 credit from last month. She told me that wasn't in the notes so it didn't happen. So then I asked for an arrangement plan for my bill.
