UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE. Sales people who will sell you a bill of goods then not support the order. Sales people who don't care and don't know what they're talking about. No returned phone calls, even for a $12k kitchen appliances order. Broken appliances delivered, no help. Multiple transfer voicemail with people who can't help you and don't care.
