After several attempts to make an appointment and unable to get a hold of a person or get calls back, I requested a refund. It took two letters to the direct American Laser Centers (those were ignored), a complaint to the BBB, and a complaint to the national customer service before a letter was issued through the BBB stating they would refund my money (with a 10% loss).
