I have an extra room in my place that’s been sitting as storage for the longest time but my rent recently went up so I’ve been looking to rent it out to generate some extra income. I listed the room on Roomster after a friend suggested the site and I’m glad he did. The process was super easy no gimmicks and I was able to find a young respectful student to rent the room. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent available rooms that they have. Haven’t used it to find a roommate so I can’t speak to that part of the site. read full review »
