I have not even received the product yet, but will not do business with again due to horrible customer service. I attempted to call the customer service phone number for 20 minutes (busy) until I spoke with someone who was beyond condescending and rude. I asked for shipping information, because I had yet to receive this information via email. The man that I spoke with (assuming one of the owners) said that they "don't provide tracking numbers unless it is requested."
