I called on the 6th of April to have services canceled and was told my money would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. I called back on the 13th and was told there was no refund ever processed and that they would do it right away and it would take 24 to 48 hours. I called back on May 1st and was told that the refund had been posted on the 28th and if it wasn't showing up by the 4th (another 72 hours) I should call them back.
