UPS is the worst carrier in America! The level of incompetence at every turn--from the deliverers to customer service--is so great that it is a miracle that UPS continues to function as a company! In the past year, only one of ten packages has arrived at my house on schedule! One overnight package was "lost" and arrived two weeks late! Its too bad that so many companies choose to ship via UPS.
