We purchased three new cell phones from the alltel.com website. There was a "promotion" going on where the $25 activation fee per phone would be waived. When we received our first bill, wouldn't you know it, there was the $25 activation fee, applied to each phone, totaling $75. I paid the first bill, being told by Alltel that the $75 would be credited back to my second billing cycle. Second bill arrives, with no $75 credit.
