I purchased a Kenmore washer on in May 2004 and it has not cleaned well since the day I bought it. Now, it is pulling the threads out of some very expensive towels and bath rugs just purchased. Each time I washed the towels or rugs, there are hundreds of thread pulls in the material... I have examined the interior of the wash tub carefully to see what may be caused this - but, have found nothing. Is there anyone else out there experiencing this problem? read full review »
