I have been a loyal customer of Wamu for several years. I have always paid my payments online, on time, and for greater than the minimum amount due. When Chase took over for Wamu they stated that they were unable to transfer the account information and that I would have to enter all of my payment information again. I did this, including re-entering the information to confirm that it was correct.
