I’m the manager of a 20 unit condo. In Miami. The condo now owns 2 coin operated dryer and 2 washers, one of our dryer have been down for over 3 weeks now and we are trying to get service from Whirlpool with no luck, the dryer is under warranty. The first service request was made and I received a call from the tech. from A & E saying if I do not have my receipt, he cannot do the service. I requested another call for service with my receipt.
