My credit card has been charge a monthly "fee" of $14.95 since January. I have not authorized any charges through your company since December when I purchased flowers from Pro Flowers. I wish to have my charge account refunded for the amounts of these unauthorized charges and for my account to be closed immediately. I have checked with Pro Flowers and their records only indicate the one order I mentioned previously. read full review »
