I initially singed up to recieve a $9.99 a month promotional offer from Dish network. I informed the customer service rep that the credit card that was being charged a 1 time fee to start the service was not to be billed and to please send me a paper bill. They billed the credit card anyway for the month I signed with an additional month in advance for a higher priced package I did NOT order.
