The customer service representative gave my mother a quote to move from Altoona, PA to Minneapolis, MN for $1130 +/- some change. I placed a deposit on this quote thinking that would be the end of the deal. The night before their pick up to move they call to change the price for an additional $450. Then, the day of the move they are already moving the items when I get there. They brought a paper which had a price increase of $200 more.
