We got FIOS installed in February 2009. The Internet, TV and phone all work fine. The customer service is another matter. I work for a major insurance company and the good news is that we would never treat our customers like this. We have been trying unsuccessfully to get our cable buried. When the technician came out to install, he ran a different cable to the other side of the house. Verizon can't seem to understand the reasoning behind why we need it buried. Weekly phone calls resulted in no service. We started calling every day now... read full review »
