I 100% agree with all the negative complaints. I am going through a very similar experience. My fridge has been broken for the last 3 months. I am on my 3rd repair company, going on the 4th. And still First American refuses to replace. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY! I will write more later with more as to the eventual outcome. read full review »
