I believe it's against the law to sell used clothing unless it's a consignment store. I purchased a three piece washable pantsuit for $29.99 plus tax. I did not try the outfit on as usual when I make a purchase @ any store. When I got home and took it out of the bag, it was very ovious that it had been washed because a stain was on the white pants.
