Dish Network charged 2 "all day" PPV movies to my account on a day when I wasn't even home. Easter Sunday of all days. Called them, got the run around and pretty much was told "too bad". Customer Svc rep could barely speak english and at first refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I finally was able to leave a message on the supervisors voice mail.
