When we went to get our food in the drive thru the woman at the window was so rude barely acknowledging that we were there. My tea was bitter and I asked for a new drink and she became hateful. We asked to speak to a manager and she stated that she was a manager. When we asked there was another manager on duty we were given a male manager that did not even offer his name.
