On March 13, Vonage removed my international calling plan (Basic World Plan) without my consent. According to the advertisement, the Basic World plan is a plan that features �Unlimited Calling to17 countries/cities.� I have been using this plan without any issue for more than a year. However I was told recently by Vonage that the calling plan is only limited to 500 international minutes, since my usage is over the limit, the plan needs to be removed from my account.
