On 12/19/08 I contacted Intelius (www.intelius.com) for reverse telephone information for a cost of $0.99. They contacted me by email the next day to tell me that they could not provide any information. On 12/26/08 I received a notice by mail from Value Max that my American Express card was being charged $19.95 for a membership fee and I had 7 days to cancel by calling 1-888-205-2257.
