If I may suggest, I usually order flower by using the web site of a local Florist- they all have web sites now. The reason- local florist care more about their return business and do a better job and are cheaper. Flowers. com I have had bad experiences with them in the past with my son sending me flowers. Customer service is terrible as well -try and contact them it is almost impossible. Anyway this time UPS had the flowers for 3 days and they were not fresh. I don't mean to complain but a person should get what they pay for and good service too. read full review »
